Football Scout Engine was our dive into computer-vision scouting analytics for football, pulling player and match insights out of video. We took it through research and early planning, learned a lot along the way (turns out research-dataset licensing is brutally restrictive for anything commercial), and made the call to pause it. Put that energy into the products already live and growing instead.
We show paused work here on purpose, honestly. A studio claiming every project succeeds is hiding something. Shelving one deliberately, that's what "adapt" actually means. If the landscape shifts, this one might come back.
