What changes the price

Mostly it comes down to how many systems need connecting and how messy the inputs are. The rest:

• How much a person needs to review
• How many users, and how much volume
• Your security and data requirements

How payment works

Builds are paid in three steps: 25% up front, 25% when the build passes the tests we agreed together, and the remaining 50% at handover of the code. No big payment before you've seen it work.

What you own

You own the code we write for you, and the prompts that run inside it. We keep our own tools, methods and build kit, because those are what let us work quickly in the first place.

Running costs

Model and API usage is billed at cost, never marked up. We'd prefer it sat on your own account, but if you'd rather not deal with that, we can hold it for you, carefully, and pass it on at cost.

When we'll tell you not to build

Sometimes the right answer is to build nothing, and we'll say so, even when it means no sale. We're upfront about the proof too: our track record is our own live products, and we don't have client case studies yet.
