About
Every company has the answers somewhere: a handbook, a policy folder, the one person who has been there longest. Forematter turns those documents into answers people can trust. Employees ask in plain English and get an answer only from what the company has approved, with the source, when it was last updated and who owns it underneath.
When there's no approved answer it doesn't guess. It offers to send the question to the person who owns the topic, shows the employee exactly what will be shared, and sends nothing until they say so. The reply comes back into the same conversation, and an admin can save it so the next person gets it straight away. New starters get a paced first few weeks of short modules instead of a pile of documents on day one.
It's in development and not open to customers yet. The site publishes plain-English guides to UK onboarding law that quote GOV.UK, ACAS and the legislation directly. forematter.com.
