reviewsnot
A free troubleshooting library for when reviews are not showing, not working, not real or on the wrong listing. 12 Google pages, each with the likely cause first and the fix in steps.

About
Every page on reviewsnot finishes the sentence the domain starts. Reviews not showing. Reviews not working. Reviews not real. Each one deals with a single problem: the most likely cause first, the fix in numbered steps, and an honest answer when there isn't one.
There are 12 problem pages live today, all on Google Business Profile, grouped into six families: showing, working, showing up, real, mine and my business. Any claim about Google's policy quotes Google's own help page, links to it, and shows the date someone last checked it. Every page also has a plain Markdown copy, and the whole library is listed in an llms.txt file for AI assistants.
Who it is for. Business owners who have lost a review, can't get customers to leave one, or have found one that plainly isn't about them. And the people on the other side: someone who left a review that nobody else can see, or who can't leave one at all. Nobody needs an account. There's nothing to sign up for.
How it works in practice. You start with the half of the sentence that matches your problem, or go straight to the full list. Each cause on a page carries one of four labels: Fixable, Check first, Platform's call, or Can't be fixed. So within a screen you know whether the problem is yours to solve, whether waiting is the answer, or whether only Google can change it. The homepage shows this live, sorting the six causes Google documents for a missing review by who can act on them. Then each cause gets its fix and its source.
What makes it different. Most advice on missing reviews is written to sell you something, usually a removal service. Here the facts are written down in a brief before any prose, so the writing can't slip in a claim of its own. It's a slow way to work. Policy points come from the platform, not from us. Some pages do link to our own products, ReviewNudge and ScriptGrain, and wherever they appear they are labelled as ours, so you can tell a recommendation from a plug.
Where it stands now. Live, covering Google first. The about page says Trustpilot, Facebook and Tripadvisor are being written. Page analytics are first-party and anonymous, with no cookies, and nothing is recorded when a browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
What it deliberately does not do. It doesn't promise that a review will be removed, restored or ranked, because nobody outside the platform can promise that. It doesn't dress up a dead end as a fix: where a platform's rules say nothing can be done, the page says so. And it doesn't ask for your details. It's a reference, and it stops where the honest answer stops.
